One Step Hepatitis B Rapid Tests

One Step Hepatitis B Tests are based on the principle of sandwich immunoassay for determination of HBsAg, HBsAb, HBeAg, HbeAb in whole blood, which are used as main method in the diagnosis of hepatitis B infection

One Step HCV(Hepatitis C) Rapid Tests

One step HCV tests are designed for qualitative determination of antibodies to Hepatitis C Virus (anti-HCV) in human serum or plasma as an aid in the diagnosis of hepatitis C infection. The test is based on the principle of double antigen sandwich immunoassay where purified recombinant antigens are employed to identify anti-HCV with high sensitivity and specificity.

TB (recombinant) Test

Tuberculosis remains an important socio-economical and medical problem throughout the world. As an aid to determinate the infection of this disease, the TB Rapid Test is a chromatographic immunoassay (CIA) for direct qualitative detection of Tuberculosis antibody in human serum or plasma.

One Step Chlam (Chlamydia) Tests

The One-Step Chlamydia Test is intended for in vitro diagnostic use in the rapid, qualitative detection of Chlamydia trachomatis directly from female endocervical swab and male urethral swab, in addition to ocular specimens from symptomatic patients. The test is intended for use as an aid in the diagnosis of Chlamydia infections. The test is a rapid qualitative immunoassay based on the immunochromatographic principle.

One Step Dengue IgG / IgM Antigen test

Dengue IgG / IgM Rapid Test is a solid phase immunochromatographic assay for the rapid, qualitative and differential detection of IgG and IgM antibodies to dengue virus in human serum, plasma or whole blood. This test is intended for professional use as aid in the presumptive diagnosis between primary and secondary dengue infection.

HIV

The HIV 1/2 test is a immuno-chromatographic, rapid test for the qualitative detection of antibodies of all isotypes (IgG, IgM, IgA) specific to HIV-1 and HIV-2 simultaneously, in human serum, plasma or whole blood; and HIV tri-line type is a assay that discriminates HIV 1 and HIV 2 with a single test.

H.Pylori

The H. pylori test is a rapid test for the qualitative detection of antibodies of all isotypes (IgG, IgM, IgA, etc) specific to Helicobacter pylori in human serum, plasma or whole blood. This test kit is intended as an aid in the diagnosis of H. pylori infection in patients with gastrointestinal symptoms.

The H. pylori antigen – colloid gold conjugate and serum sample moves along the membrane chromatographically to the test region (T) where H.pylori capture antigen is pre-coated, and forms a visible line as the “ antigen-antibody-antigen gold particle complex ” forms.

One-Step Strep A Tests

One-Step Strep A Test is a lateral flow, one-step immunoassay for the rapid, qualitative detection of Group A Streptococcal antigen from throat swabs.

The Strep A antigen from specimen reacts with colored antibody-colloidal gold conjugate to form Strep A antigen-antibody complexes. The mixture then moves chromatographically across the membrane to the immobilized rabbit anti-Strep A antibody at the test band region, a pink band will appear.

Malaria

The Malaria Tests are immunochromatographic rapid tests, including Malaria Antigen test and Antibody test. The Malaria Ag test is designed for the differential diagnosis between Plasmodium falcifarum and the other Plasmodium species (P. vivax, P. malariae or P. ovale), and the Malaria P.f/P.v Antibody test is a test for the qualitative detection of antibodies of all isotypes (IgG, IgM, IgA) specific to Plasmodium falciparum and Plasmodium vivax simultaneously in human serum, plasma or whole blood.

One Step Gonorrhea Test is a rapid direct binding test for the visual detection of gonorrhea antigen, in the secretory specimen and urine from urogenital system, as an aid in the diagnosis of gonococcus infection. It is based on the principle of double sandwich immunoassay for the detection of gonorrhea antigen in the secretory specimen or urine.

SYPHILIS(TP)

One Step TP Test is a rapid direct binding test for the visual detection of syphilis antibodies in serum, as an aid in the diagnosis of syphilis infection. It is based on the principle of double antigen sandwich immunoassay for determination of syphilis antibodies in serum. Purified recombinant syphilis antigens are employed to identify Syphilis antibodies specifically.
